How to obtain a Concealed Carry Permit in Delaware

 

The Superior Court is responsible for granting Concealed Deadly Weapon Permits in Delaware.

Applications for a license to carry concealed deadly weapons shall be filed under oath in duplicate upon the state forms which shall be filed with the Prothonotary in the county in which the applicant resides.
